Drax Group plc (the Company) announces today it has purchased
the following number of its ordinary shares of 11 16/29 pence each
through J.P. Morgan Securities plc.

Highest price paid per share: 410.60000
Average price paid per share: 404.62697
The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in
treasury.
Since 20 April 2018, the Company has purchased 13,841,295 shares
at a cost (including dealing and associated costs) of
GBP50,250,181.83.
Following the above transaction, the Company holds 13,841,295,
of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 393,351,873 ordinary
shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
