                            Director's Shareholdings


On 25 April 2007 Integrated Financial Arrangements Plc, as Trustees for the
Nicholas Trigg Self Invested Personal Pension scheme, purchased 104,755 Ordinary
Shares of 5p each at 11p per share. Nicholas Trigg is a Non-Executive Director
of the Company and his underlying interest in the share capital of the Company
is now as set out below.


As a result of this purchase, the Company has received a notification to this
