                          ("Dawmed" or the "Company")

                                Issue of Equity


Pursuant to a settlement agreement dated 24 May 2007 between the Company and Mr
Barry Dale, formerly an executive director of the Company, the amount of #13,500
has been settled by the issue and allotment to Mr Dale of 150,000 ordinary
shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company at an issue price of 9p per
ordinary share (the "Consideration Shares").

The Consideration Shares will rank, pari passu, with all existing ordinary
shares, and application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the
Consideration Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM.
