On 13 February 2024, certain
Directors of the Company and certain members of EPIC Investment
Partners LLP ("EPIC"), the Investment Advisor to the Company,
(being PDMRs of the Company) purchased or sold ordinary shares in
the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). In aggregate, 20,933 Ordinary
Shares were sold by the PDMRs at a price of 160.00p per Ordinary
Share.
