                          Shareholding in the Company


The Company was notified on 14 April 2008 by Deutsche Bank AG that it had direct
voting rights in 32,381,651 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p each in the Company
representing 3.03% of the total issued share capital and total voting rights of
the Company.

The Company was further notified on 15 April 2008 by Deutsche Bank AG that due
to an event changing the breakdown of voting rights, as of close of business on
14 April 2008, it no longer had a notifiable interest in the total issued share
capital and total voting rights of the Company.
