Receipt of Printed Annual Report


The Australian Government recently introduced legislation changing the default
option for receiving annual reports to be via a company's web-site. Each
shareholder may access online annual reports, unless that shareholder requests a
printed version. All other shareholder communications are still required to be
sent by post.


Today, Finders Resources Limited mailed, to its shareholders, the following
alternative offers for receiving an annual report:


*         Receipt of an email notification when the annual report becomes
available online; or


*         Continue receiving a printed version of the annual report.


If the shareholder takes no action to this offer, information on accessing the
online annual report will still be provided in the annual general meeting notice
and proxy form mail pack mailed to all shareholders.


A printed annual report is no longer required to be mailed to every shareholder,
as long as it is available on the company's web-site and the shareholder has not
elected to continue to receive a printed annual report.
