Forte  Energy NL ("Forte" or "the Company") (AIM: FTE), advises that the release of the half-year financial 
accounts  for  the  period ending 31 December 2015 has been delayed pending completion  of  an  audit.  The 
Company  is  preparing  an admission document in relation to the proposed BOS GLOBAL  Limited  transaction, 
announced  on  31 December 2015. As part of that process, the financial accounts are being  audited  rather 
than undergoing the normal review process.
