    The Company is pleased to announce that all of the resolutions proposed at
the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 29 September 2008 were duly passed.

    Resolution 1 passed - For (including chairman's discretionary votes) 150,585,107, Against 275,000, Votes Withheld 8,380.

    Resolution 2 passed - For (including chairman's discretionary votes) 150,776,485, Against 81,622, Votes Withheld 10,380.
