In accordance with Listing Rule 15.5.1(4), Gartmore Fledgling Trust plc ("the 
Company") announces that it is satisfied that all inside information (as 
defined in section 118C of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000), which 
the Directors and the Company may have up to 31 August 2010, has previously 
been notified to a Regulated Information Service ("RIS") and, therefore, 
dealings referred to in LR 15.5.1(3) are permitted. 
 
If, in the period leading up to the announcement of results for the 14-month 
period to 31 August 2010, the Directors or the Company come into possession of 
any inside information, this will be notified to a RIS before any such 
transactions are undertaken.
