         Date of Annual General Meeting - Amendment to time of meeting         

It has been noticed that the time of the Annual General Meeting has been
incorrectly stated in the announcement earlier today of the Final Results for
the year ended 31 December 2007.

The Annual General Meeting will take place on 26th June 2008 at 2pm at Courtway
House, 129 Hamlet Court Road, Westcliff on Sea, Essex.
