Hardy Oil and Gas plc (LSE: HDY), the oil and gas exploration and production company focused in India, announces that Mr Pradip Shah, a non-executive director, has stepped down from the Board of the Company due to health reasons. Mr Shah has served as a non-executive director for 18 years.
