Interim Dividend

The board of Ingenious Entertainment VCT 2 plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has declared an interim dividend of 0.7 pence per E share.

The interim dividend will be paid on 7 December 2016 to the E shareholders of the Company on the register at close of business on 18 November 2016. The E shares will be marked ex-dividend on 17 November 2016.
