Further to the announcement of 29 September 2011, regarding the publication of 
the Company's winding up circular, application has been made to the UK Listing 
Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the suspension of the listing of 
Ordinary Shares, ZDP Shares on the Official List and the suspension from 
trading on the London Stock Exchange of Ordinary Shares, ZDP Shares and Units. 
The suspensions became effective at 7.30am today.
