The Company announces that is has today repurchased 2,255,155 Ordinary shares into Treasury at 98.96 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 36,969,885 Ordinary shares in Treasury. The remaining shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 179,871,910.
