    Latitude Resources plc ("Latitude" or the "Company")

    Board Changes

    The Company announces that Sally Schofield will be stepping down as Chief Operating Officer of the Company with effect from 30 September
2008. Sally will be leaving the Company following the disposal of its operating assets. 

    Martyn Konig, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, commented "I would like to take this opportunity to thank Sally on behalf of the
board for her valuable contribution to the Company over the past 5 years and the work that she undertook on the disposal of the Chilean
operation, which has realised a significant amount of value for the Company. We wish her every success with her future endeavours."
