    Latitude Resources plc ("Latitude" or the "Company")

    Results of Annual General Meeting and Directorate Changes

    Latitude Resources plc announces that all of the resolutions put to shareholders at today's Annual General Meeting have been approved.

    The Company wishes to confirm that the resolution to approve the cancellation of the admission to trading on AIM of the Company's
ordinary shares (the "Listing") has been passed. The Company confirms that the Listing will be cancelled with effect from 7.00 a.m. on 30
December 2008. 

    As announced on 25 November 2008, David Whitehead, Martyn Konig and Andrew Myers have all stepped down as directors of the Company and
following the AGM Graham Robeson, has been appointed to the Board with immediate effect.
