Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Group notifies that, on 16 January 2019, Alex Dacre, Chief
Executive of the Group, acquired 12,900 Ordinary Shares of 50 pence
each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") for a price
of 378 pence per share.
Following the above purchase, Mr Dacre holds a beneficial
interest in 3,516,234 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately
8.6 per cent. of the Group's issued share capital.
