PARTIAL CASH REDEMPTION OF REALISATION SHARES
Further to the recent announcements relating to the partial cash
redemption of Realisation Shares, the Company announces that it has
today redeemed 1,588,413 Realisation Shares (representing 18.643%
of the Realisation Shares in issue at the record date for the
partial cash redemption). These shares have now been cancelled. As
fractions of Realisation Shares were not redeemed the number of
Realisation Shares which were redeemed for each shareholder was
rounded down to the nearest whole number of Realisation Shares.
Therefore, as at 31 October 2017, the issued share capital of
the Company in respect of the Realisation Shares consists of
6,931,793 shares.
Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is
77,703,619 comprising 70,771,826 Ordinary Shares and 6,931,793
Realisation Shares. These figures should be used by shareholders as
the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine
if they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to
their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance
and Transparency Rules.
As detailed in the previous announcement, a new ISIN
KYG5897M1823 of the Company's Realisation Shares post the
redemption (the "New ISIN") has been enabled from and including 31
October 2017. The Company's Realisation Share ticker, MVIR, remains
the same.
The payment of the redemption monies to eligible holders of
Realisation Shares is expected to be effected through CREST (in the
case of holders of depository interests relating to the Realisation
Shares) or by cheque (in the case of Realisation Shares held in
certificated form) by 17 November 2017.
