Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1 the Company announces that
its issued share capital as at 20 February 2019 consists of
67,203,349 Ordinary Shares with voting rights. There are no shares
held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in
the Company is 67,203,349; this figure may be used by shareholders
as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine
if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of
interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
