                          Pochin's plc ("the Company")



                           Director/PDMR Shareholding



The Company was notified today that Mr D R R Pochin, an executive director of
the Company, acquired 500 shares in the Company on 23 October 2006 by gift from
Mrs M L Pochin. Following this, Mr D R R Pochin has a beneficial interest in
13,000 ordinary shares in the Company which represents 0.06 per cent. of the
issued share capital of the Company.



Furthermore, the Company was today also notified that Mr A M J Pochin, a
director of a subsidiary company, acquired 500 shares in the Company on 23
October 2006 by gift from Mrs M L Pochin. Following this, Mr A M J Pochin has a
beneficial interest in 20,003 ordinary shares in the Company which represents
0.09 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
