The Company was notified today that Mrs B R Evans, a senior manager of a
subsidiary company, disposed of 4,500 ordinary shares in the capital of the
Company on 2 November 2006 at a price of 327p per share.



Following this disposal, Mrs B R Evans has no remaining beneficial interest in
ordinary shares in the Company.
