The Company has been advised that, in order to help satisfy investor demand and
attract new investors into the Company, Principle Capital Holdings S.A., the
parent company of the Company's Investment Adviser (Principle Capital Fund
Managers Limited), has unwound a contract for difference position in 1,250,000
ordinary shares of the Company at an effective price of 107p per share.
