Notice of Results and Investor Presentation

Skillcast Group plc (AIM: SKL), the provider of content and technology for digital compliance transformation, will announce its final results for the year ended 31 December 2022 (the "FY22 Results"), on Wednesday, 26 April 2023.

Skillcast is also pleased to announce that Vivek Dodd (CEO) and Richard Steele (CFO) will provide a live presentation on the FY22 Results via the Investor Meet Company platform on the 27 April 2023 at 4:00 pm BST.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard until 9:00 am BST the day before the meeting or during the live presentation.
