1Spatial, the global spatial software and solutions company which manages the world's largest spatial data, announces that on 11 July 2016 Marcus Hanke, CEO of the Company, completed the sale of 5,000,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at a price of 4.45 pence per share.

As a result of this transaction, Marcus Hanke has an interest in 24,255,785 ordinary shares, representing 3.30 per cent. of the voting share capital of the Company.
