VinaLand Limited (the "Company" or "VNL")
Investment Manager's Transaction in Own Shares
The Company announces that pursuant to the tender offer
circulated on 17 May 2017, the Company purchased 3,659,846 ordinary
shares at a price of USD0.79 per share, for a total of
USD2,891,278.34, from VinaCapital Investment Management Limited
("the Investment Manager") and its related parties.
Following the transaction, the Investment Manager and its
related parties now maintain a direct and indirect stake of
22,895,010 ordinary shares equal to 8.87% in the Company.
