indirect subsidiaries and Fidelity International Limited ("FIL") and its direct
and indirect subsidiaries hold 2,154,904 ordinary shares of 25p in the capital
of the Company, representing 3.9% of the Company's issued share capital.  The
interests are non-beneficial and include interests held by unit trust schemes in
the UK and, by virtue of his shareholding in FMR Corp and FIL, Mr Edward C.
