applications, today announced that its subsidiary Heilongjiang XD
Enterprise Group Co. ("Heilongjiang XD") was elected as the first
presiding enterprise of Harbin New Materials Industry Association
(the "Association"), at the Association's inaugural meeting held on
December 3, 2014 in Harbin, China.
Harbin New Material Industry Association (the "Association") is
an industry management organization established under the auspices
of the Harbin city
government. The Association was created to integrate the
material, technology and enterprise resources of its members, in
order to realize the mutual benefits of combining complementary
advantages. The Association promotes continuous and rapid
growth of the new material industry, with the goal of making it a
core industry of Harbin. The

Association's over 70 member organizations attended the inaugural
meeting, including prominent private companies across the full

and universities, as well as the deputy mayor of Harbin, Mr. Xianyou

industry in the city. At the inaugural meeting, the
Association elected its president, vice president, executive
director, secretary and secretary-general. Heilongjiang XD was
elected as the first presiding enterprise of the Association.
