Source Interlink Companies Signs Multi-Year Agreement in Settlement of Suit against Kable Distribution

Source Interlink Companies (NASDAQ:SORC) today announced
settlement of its antitrust claims against Kable Distribution
Services, Inc.
In resolving the claims, the parties entered into a multi-year
agreement securing Source�s access to the Kable�s magazine
products. The settlement follows similar agreements reached
previously with Time, Inc., Time/Warner Retail Sales and Marketing,
Inc., Time Distribution Services, Inc., American Media, Inc.,
Distribution Services, Inc., The News Group, L.P., and Hudson News
Distributions, LLC.
