GoJet Airlines, subsidiary of Trans States Holdings, has announced
the selection of Sabre Airline Solutions flight operations tools
for its crew management, flight planning and dispatch, and
operations control and flight following when it begins operations
in August. GoJet is a new U.S. regional airline that will serve the
St. Louis area. The Sabre Flight Control Suite components that
GoJet will be implementing include: -- The Sabre CrewPlan system --
A tool designed to optimize planning flight crews and efficiently
respond to schedule changes, -- The Sabre CrewQual system -- A
solution designed to satisfy governmental requirements for
maintaining training records for airline pilots, check airmen,
flight instructors, flight attendants and dispatchers. -- The Sabre
CrewTrac system -- A product that offers real-time tracking of crew
assignments, ensures legal requirements are met, validates flight
coverage and performs crew qualification checks. -- The Sabre
FliteTrac system -- An operations and flight following component
that enables operations personnel to easily monitor the status of
flights. -- Sabre Dispatch Manager -- A flight planning and
dispatch system that produces flight plans based on meteorological
data and payload considerations. "Trans States Airlines has long
relied on Sabre Airline Solutions' Flight Control Suite, so when we
founded GoJet Airlines, we wanted to ensure it had the same smart
solutions to ensure a successful launch," said Rick Leach,
president of Trans States Holdings. "These tools have proven to be
valuable decision-support solutions that will enable us to run an
efficient, reliable airline." GoJet, which was formed late last
year, will operate as United Express from Chicago O'Hare
International Airport, Denver International Airport and Washington
Dulles Airport. The airline, which will operate 70-seat regional
jets, joins more than 60 North America airlines that use at least
one component of the Flight Control Suite. "Having GoJet Airlines
join our user community further validates that we have the right
solutions for airlines of any size and any business model," said
Steve Clampett, president of Airline Products and Services for
Sabre Airline Solutions. "Our integrated Flight Control Suite
offers airlines, such as GoJet, a tightly integrated flight
operations solution to manage its planning and day-of-departure
operations." About Sabre Airline Solutions Sabre Airline Solutions,
