Xperi Holding Corporation (Nasdaq: XPER), ("Xperi" or the
"Company") today announced that it will host a virtual Investor Day
on Tuesday, September 20, 2022, at 8:30AM ET. In anticipation of
its separation into two stand-alone trading entities, senior
members from both the company’s product business, Xperi, and the
company’s IP licensing business, Adeia, will provide an in-depth
overview of each business’ value creation strategy and growth
prospects post spin. Presentations for each business will be given
separately, followed by live Q&A sessions.
The separation of the two businesses is believed to be the best
strategy to maximize shareholder value and allow for increased
flexibility for each new company to pursue new and growing market
opportunities.
The virtual Investor Day webcast will be broadcast live on the
Investor Relations section of Xperi’s website at www.xperi.com.
Shareholders, media representatives, and others interested in Xperi
and Adeia may participate in the webcast by registering through the
Investor Relations section on Xperi’s website or at

business, results of operations, and financial condition will
depend on future developments, including measures taken in response
to the pandemic, which are highly uncertain and cannot be
predicted; the impact of supply chain constraints on our customers;
and the Spin-Off. These risks, as well as other risks associated
with the business, are more fully discussed in the Company’s

things, business disruption, operational problems, financial loss,
legal liability to third parties and similar risks, any of which
