BRUSSELS--French President François Hollande said one man has
been identified and detained following what he described as a
terror attack at a French factory in the town of
Saint-Quentin-Fallavier near Lyon.
Just before 1000 local time on Friday a vehicle drove at speed
into the plant containing gas canisters. Mr. Hollande said the
driver, perhaps accompanied by a passenger, intended to cause an
explosion.
A decapitated corpse was found at the scene and two individuals
are injured, he said.
