for future work intended to be done together. Mr. Codognotto will
hopefully be the most recent addition to an already highly
professional and market savvy executive management team that was
assembled during the past two years. The company's management team
began with its founders, Mr. Daniel and Jacques Ollech. Beginning
as Brazilian soft commodities overseas traders over 30 years ago,
both brothers have an intimate knowledge, of not only the Brazilian
market, but of the world trading business and world coffee market
in general. The decision to venture into the producing and
distributing sides of the business came as a result of this
knowledge. Joining B&D two years ago, Mr. Yaron Arbell has been
the company's CEO, leading the company through the past period of
re-organization and into its new era. Mr. Arbell, a licensed
attorney and certified chemical engineer, has preformed various
executive rolls in numerous companies in the Israeli private and
public sector. Mr. Arbell's strengths in the fields of
re-organizational management and operations have been portrayed in
the various positions he filled in restructuring three banks, the
Israeli pension funds, the national airline, sports enterprises and
municipal offices. These individuals and others that have been
approached will, potentially, form a strong, multitalented
management team that hopes to lead B&D and its various new
subsidiaries into a new era in which B&D is a strong player in
the world coffee market. Want to know more about B&D, Brazilian
