German discounter Lidl will begin rolling out its Lidl Plus
smartphone payment app for use at around 250 stores in Berlin and
Brandenburg this week, with the app's nationwide launch scheduled
for 2020. Lidl Plus is already available for use in countries and
regions including Austria, Denmark, Poland and northern Spain.

The Brussels-based Claim it, which specialized in making claims

has declared bankruptcy. Founder Ralph Pais says the company was
