The Bank has made the below announcement to the Indian stock exchanges:

 

The Board of Directors of ICICI Bank Limited (the Bank), has vide a resolution passed by circulation on August 02, 2024 (at 9:24 p.m.), approved the inclusion of Mr. Prabhat Singh in the category of senior management personnel. The details as required under Regulation 30 read with para A of part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, read with SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 is provided in Annexure.

Mr. Prabhat Singh joined the Bank in May 2004 and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Management (PGDIM) from IIM, Mumbai (erstwhile NITIE) and has an overall experience of 20 years. In his experience with the Bank, he has held significant responsibilities across Corporate, Commercial and Retail Banking businesses. He will be the Head – Retail Credit & Policy and Mortgage Valuations Group at the Bank.
