Raymond James Financial Inc.'s traditional full-service
brokerage unit has recruited a second UBS Wealth Management
Americas adviser this week.
The firm said Joel Feldman has joined its Conshohocken, Pa.,
branch from UBS, where he managed more than $188 million in client
assets and generated more than $1.28 million in fees and
commissions. His sales associate, Ann Bender, also made the move to
Raymond James & Associates.
Mr. Feldman has been a financial adviser since 1982, first
working at Tucker Anthony, an independent firm acquired by Royal
Bank of Canada in 2001, before joining UBS in 1997.
A UBS spokesman declined to comment on the move.
His hiring follows Raymond James's announcement on Monday that
it recruited Patrick Yates, another UBS adviser who managed more
than $120 million in client assets and $1.1 million in production,
along with his two assistants.

Street, with a particular emphasis on financial advisers with more
than $1 million in annual production and those who manage more than
$100 million in client assets. Michael Wursthorn can be reached at
