WWE® (NYSE: WWE) today announced that Elisebeth Collins
has been named General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, reporting

is departing the company.
Collins joins WWE from Caterpillar Inc, the publicly traded

“I am thrilled to be joining this iconic company at such an
exciting time and working with the team to help implement the
organization’s strategy,” said Collins.
“Elisebeth’s experience providing counsel on a wide variety of
legal and business matters will help us execute our company’s
ambitious plans to continue to grow global revenue and drive
shareholder value,” said McMahon. “I would like to thank Samira for
her time at WWE and wish her well in future pursuits.”
As General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Collins will oversee
WWE’s legal affairs and serve as principal legal adviser for the

for sale by the McMahons and the sale, or the perception of
possible sales, of those shares could lower our stock price; and
the volatility of our Class A common stock. In addition, our

financial results and condition, contractual and legal restrictions
on the payment of dividends (including under our revolving credit
facility), general economic and competitive conditions and such
other factors as our Board of Directors may consider relevant.
