The Company announces that on 23rd July 2002, Julian Ghinn, its Group Finance
Director, was granted 1,000,000 options to subscribe for ordinary shares. These
options are exercisable at 5p per share between 3 and 10 years following the
date of grant. These options comprise Mr Ghinn's total holding in the Company.
