Result of Extraordinary General Meeting ('EGM')
 
At the EGM held this morning to approve the tender offer to shareholders and related matters, all results tabled were
duly passed.  For each resolution, more than 99.9 per cent of the votes cast were in favour.  The tender offer remains
subject to the approval by the Court of the proposed capital reduction.
