A Deletion from the S&P/TSX SmallCap

TORONTO, April 17, 2015 /CNW/ - S&P Dow Jones Canadian
Index Services will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX
Canadian Indices:
The shareholders of Artek Exploration Ltd. (TSX:RTK) have agreed
to the terms of an Arrangement Agreement with Kelt Exploration Ltd.
(TSX:KEL). Artek shareholders will receive 0.34 common shares of
Kelt for each share held. Artek will be removed from the
S&P/TSX SmallCap Index after the close of trading on
Tuesday, April 21, 2015.
