EastCoal Announces Extension of Period to Make Proposal to
Creditors
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Dec 5, 2013) -
EastCoal Inc. (TSX-VENTURE:ECX)(AIM:ECX) ("EastCoal" or the
"Company") announces that on December 5, 2013 the Supreme Court of
British Columbia granted the Company a 43 day extension to make a
proposal to its creditors under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act
(Canada) ("BIA").
The extension has the effect of allowing the Company until
January 17, 2014 in which to make a proposal to creditors.
