BRAMPTON, ON, March 4, 2016 /CNW/ - Aragorn Holdings Limited ("Aragorn") and WTF Holdings Inc. ("WTF"), each having an address at 294 Walker Drive, Unit 2, Brampton, Ontario, announce that further to their press release dated February 1, 2016, and updated by a subsequent release on February 16, 2016, completion of the sale of the Franchise Bancorp Inc. shares from Aragorn to WTF is now expected to close on March 24, 2016.  All of the other terms of the transaction set out in the prior press release dated February 1, 2016 remain unchanged.  Another press release will follow upon completion of the transaction.
