Cell-Loc Location Technologies Inc. ("the Company") (TSX VENTURE:LTI) is pleased
to announce the appointment of Mr. Keith Bohn as Vice President - International
to assist in further developing business opportunities in Brazil and in the
remainder of South and Central America. Mr. Bohn has accepted the position for
a term of six months to support the expansion of opportunities in Brazil and to
pursue other business development activities for the Company's technology. Mr.
Bohn is a director of Cell-Loc and has extensive experience in marketing,
business development and international areas. As a component of his
compensation, Mr. Bohn has been granted incentive stock options ("options") to
purchase a total of 300,000 common shares that vest immediately and are
exercisable at a price of $0.16 per share, based on the closing price of the
stock on Tuesday, August 28, 2007. Vested options can be exercised at any time
during the five-year period following the grant date. These options are granted
under the Company's stock option plan approved by shareholders on May 31, 2006.
