Paris Energy Inc. (TSX VENTURE:PI) (the "Company") announces that it has entered
into a non-binding letter of intent with respect to a possible corporate
transaction. There are no assurances that a definitive agreement with respect to
the transaction will be entered into or that if entered into, that the
transaction will be completed. 


The Company will issue a further press release outlining more information with
respect to the possible transaction once a definitive agreement is entered into,
which is expected to be in early July, 2014. It is anticipated that trading of
the shares of the Company will remain halted until the transaction is completed
or it is determined not to enter into or complete the transaction. 


Neither the TSX Venture Exchange nor its Regulation Service Provider (as that
term is defined in the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange) accepts
