PRH Pearl River Holdings Limited

Mr. George Lunick, CEO of Pearl River Holdings Limited (“Pearl River”) (TSX VENTURE:PRH), regrets to announce the recent passing of Mr. Rodney (Rod) Peter Bell. Mr. Bell was with Pearl River since 1996, and has played an integral role with Pearl River and as the President of Rodman Plastics Company Limited, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Pearl River, and since 2011, as a director of Pearl River. Rod’s dedication and contributions will be greatly missed. George Lunick, President and CEO of Pearl River, as well as the Pearl River’s Board, extend their deepest condolences to Mr. Bell's family.

Mr. Andrew Paul has been named the Chairman of the Board of Rodman Plastics Company Limited. Pearl River and its subsidiaries will continue to operate business as usual through its current operations teams and systems. A further news release regarding the operations of Pearl River and its subsidiaries will be issued in the future if warranted.
