Praebius Communications, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: PRCM) has announced that its Ad Systems installations in over 30 locations are running at or near capacity. The major cable news networks such as CNN and Fox News started to fill up with political ads in August and now in October they are running full.

Bob Hall, Chairman, said, "The Ad Systems technology is a proven reliable workhorse able to handle the work load with 25 years of technology packed into our proprietary operating system; now we just need more spots to sell. Although CNN provides us tones to insert six 30-second ads per hour, we are sold out in the prime time space in many of our systems. We have another 300 cable TV franchise systems and 60 campuses scheduled for installation and welcome this as a continuing problem."

Martin Alcock, C.T.O., said, "We are finding that there are many local, regional and national advertisers who are looking to us as a niche ad outlet for both area and demographic specific advertising. We are able to get their messages out right now, especially in political battleground states. We are in the process of enabling some of our existing systems to sell more ads by deploying more ad insertion equipment, and also installing another 24 channels this month, adding another 70,000 thirty second avails monthly."
