appointment of Varnesh Sritharan, DATATRAK Vice
President of Legal Affairs and Secretary, to the inaugural OTCQX
U.S. Company Advisory Council.

DATATRAK, Mr. Sritharan was a corporate associate at
the law firm of Calfee, Halter & Griswold, LLP, one of the
largest law firms in Ohio. At
Calfee, Mr. Sritharan practiced general corporate law with a focus
on publicly traded companies. He earned his law degree from the
University of Illinois and holds a
Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of
Massachusetts.

companies a voice and a community to inspire improvement and
