Item 8.01 Other Events

 

The business operation of Like Mart, owned by IGS Mart SDN BHD, a wholly-owned subsidiary of IGS Capital Group Limited has been terminated by decision of the board of directors on November 5, 2018. Like Mart operated a convenient store at G-3A Tiara Mutiara 139, Jalan Puchong, 58200 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
