ING completes share repurchase for employee
compensation
ING Group announced today that it has completed the share repurchase for employee compensation which started on 3 March 2025. The total
number of shares repurchased under the programme is 3,674,043 ordinary shares at an average price of €17.44 for a total consideration
of €64,08 million. The purpose of the share repurchase is to meet obligations under ING’s share-based compensation plans.
