State below in reasonable detail why Forms 10-K, 20-F, 11-K, 10-Q, N-SAR, N-CSR, or the transition report or portion thereof, could not be filed within the prescribed time period.

 

Mineral Mountain Mining & Milling Company (the “Company”) is unable to timely file with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Commission”) its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2018, because the compilation, dissemination, review and finalization of the information required to be presented in the report could not be completed within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort or expense. The Company and its auditors are in the final phase of completing the audit work surrounding the financial statements and related disclosures in the 10-K Report. The Company is working to complete the 10-K Report as expeditiously as possible.

 

The Company expects to file the Annual Report on Form 10-K within fifteen calendar days of its prescribed due date.
