Q.E.P. Co., Inc. (Pink Sheets:QEPC) (the "Company") announced today that the date and time of its conference call to discuss its six month and second quarter earnings has been changed to 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Thursday, September 22, 2011 in order to accommodate wider participation in the call. Following the conference call, the Company will arrange to have the call available for replay from September 22st until midnight September 29th.

The Company confirmed that it will report its financial results for its fiscal 2012 first half and second quarter ended August 31, 2011 on Tuesday, September 20, 2011.

Dial in information for the conference call and the replay will be included in the Company's September 20th press release and will be posted on the Investor Relations section of the Company's website (www.qepcorporate.com) at that time.
